SUPERVISION

For the works of Construction Supervision EIA²¹ counts with :

• Site Manager: coordinates and directs supervision. It is responsible for the general progress of the work.
• Field Manager: supervises and coordinates the assembly supervisors.
• Supervisors: specialists who coordinate and control the works corresponding to the specialties of their competence, such as civil works, mechanical assembly, assembly of static or dynamic equipment, electrical assembly, instrumentation assembly… The mission of supervisors is to control contractors to ensure the quality of the work, follow up plans and documents issued by Detail Engineering, as well as compliance with established deadlines.
• Technical Office and Delineation Manager: Receives, controls and distributes the documentation received from Detail Engineering. Prepare the necessary documentation for the realization of the As-Built plans.
• Warehouse Manager: responsible for controlling the materials supplied.
• Administration: provides secretarial, archiving, document distribution, etc.
• Programming Manager: it carries out the general program of the work, its follow up and the coordination of different contract programs.
• Project Management: integrated services in the construction team upon request of the Property. Assumes the technical direction of the work with full responsibility, in accordance with current legislation.
• Safety Coordinator: Its mission is to apply the general principles of occupational risk prevention and safety.
