In FEL Engineering, Front End Loading, EIA21 includes all the work required to achieve the following objectives:

  • Develop Detail Engineering and Purchasing activities.
  • To make a Detailed Estimate of the investment cost, with an accuracy of ±10%, with the criteria, methodologies and procedures established by the client for the project.
  • Allow an early purchase of equipment, facilities and/or long term delivery materials (including committing at this stage depending on the project deadlines).
  • Produce a general program of project execution implementing the detailed design, procurement, construction and start-up.
  • Carry out the constructibility and risk analysis.
