The Challenge
The project required the comprehensive development of detailed outfitting engineering for a technically complex FPSO unit, where the effective integration of multiple onboard systems was essential to ensure operational efficiency, safety, and maintainability throughout the vessel’s lifecycle.
As an offshore production and storage facility, the Blue Eagle FPSO demanded the coordination of a large number of process, utility, safety, and support systems within a restricted and highly regulated environment.
Key project challenges included:

The Solution
EIA21 developed the Detailed Outfitting Engineering using advanced 3D modeling tools, ensuring full multidisciplinary coordination and seamless integration of all vessel systems.
